Ms. Neitzel guides top food industry decision-makers to plan and implement responsible sourcing improvements and messaging for higher welfare meat, dairy, and eggs. She has advised Harris Teeter, Kroger, Starbucks, Unilever, McDonald’s, Sonic Corp., PF Chang’s, and more in taking steps to more responsible sourcing. With key advisors such as world-famous Dr. Temple Grandin, Janice has the unique ability to create solutions to animal welfare sourcing challenges using a Responsible Roadmap approach over time.
Ms. Neitzel is a stakeholder advisor for CERES food companies, serves on the Good Food Festival advisory board, speaks on the EU-US Animal Welfare Strategy panel for the EU Delegation to the US, and published “Facilitating Sustainability Strategy” on GreenBiz.com. She has an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio School of Management in San Francisco and is a Certified Group Facilitator.
