Her clients include Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Brands, PF Chang’s, and Chipotle.

Ms. Neitzel has an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School and is a Certified Group Facilitator, guiding decision-makers to consensus on supply chain Animal Welfare and Antibiotics Policies, for more sustainable food. She collaborates with animal welfare certifications, such as Certified Humane, Animal Welfare Approved, and American Humane Certified.

Ms. Neitzel published “Sustainable Sourcing to Innovate a Private Brand” in the peer-reviewed Journal of Brand Strategy and “Facilitating Sustainability Strategy” on GreenBiz.com. She presented the closing session at the Store Brands conference and is a Stakeholder Adviser for CERES food companies. Having decades-long relationships with farmers, Ms. Neitzel writes for the American Grassfed Certified producer newsletter and speaks on the EU-US Animal Welfare Strategy panel.
